I am Fatou Jeng Secka, known to many as Aji Fatou, a Gambian-British chef and the founder of Chiin Kumba. My love of food and hospitality began with the traditions i grew up with in The Gambia, where cooking, sharing and welcoming people to gather around a meal- whether on the mat or around the table are part of every day life

With over 15 years of experience in catering and events, I founded Chinn Kumba to share the flavours , traditions, and warm hospitality of my Gambian heritage, thoughtfully refined for modern living
